Stacey A. Gordon
Stacey Gordon is an inclusive workplace culture consultant, keynote speaker, author, facilitator of learning and Executive advisor on strategies for workplace inclusion. As the founder of Rework Work it is her goal to create belonging at work by disrupting bias in our decision-making. To that end, Stacey offers diversity, inclusion and career-related online content, including LinkedIn Learning courses, which have been viewed more than 1 million times. Her Unconscious Bias course was the #1 most-watched course of 2021 and has been translated into several languages.
Stacey was recognized by Pepperdine University as a Top 40 Over 40 Leader, was recognized by Forbes as a Top 3 Business Leader Who Spoke Out About Diversity & Inclusion and her book, UNBIAS: Addressing Unconscious Bias at Work, debuted at #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Release list. Stacey utilizes her expertise as an adjunct professor at several universities across the United States, including her alma mater, Pepperdine University Business School from where she earned her MBA. She also earned the SHRM-SCP certification, as well as the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Credential.

Lisa Gates
Lisa Gates is a leadership coach and negotiation strategist, and founder of Story Happens Here, a bespoke coaching practice focused on helping women master their brand stories, control their narratives, and amplify their influence.
Lisa is committed to helping women be seen, heard, promoted—and rewarded—as the agents of change the workplace and the world is dying to see. She is a certified co-active coach with training in mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and Strength Finders. She holds a BFA in theatre and a minor in journalism and has performed in countless plays, torn up the boards in several improv troupes, and participated in storytelling events for over 35 years. Lisa has authored several online courses available at LinkedIn Learning, including Asking for a Raise, Negotiation Foundations, Conflict Resolution Foundations, Coaching and Developing Employees, and Coaching for Results.

Dr. Thelá Thatch
Dr. Thelá R. Thatch leads diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in corporations, on boards, and in communities. Thatch founded Thelá Thatch Consulting to share her two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development with leaders who are passionate about building internal cultures and external communities where an authentic commitment to inclusion, equity, and diversity thrives. Thelá is a published author of a children’s book titled The Dog Chef, and an HR book titled Employee Handbooks 101. Her latest book, The Diversity Dilemma, is dedicated to the study of inclusion and equity and scheduled for release in 2023. Thelá holds a Ph.D. in public policy and administration with a law specialization from Walden University where she also serves as a contributing faculty member.
